I am unable to attend or can no longer participate, can I receive a refund or defer my registration?
We do not offer refunds or deferments. But you can transfer your registration to another runner.

Am I still able to transfer my registration to another person now that online registration is closed?
Yes! You are able to select to “Transfer for Refund” or "Gift" your registration to another person. If you “Gift” your registration you do not receive a refund and the new participant does not pay a registration fee. If you “Transfer for Refund” you will receive a refund of your registration fee 2-4 weeks after the race and the new participant pays the current registration fee + processing fee + $10 transfer fee. Please complete this transfer form and give it to the person you are transferring your registration to. (A digital copy sent via email is fine.)

To complete the transfer, the new participant should complete the following steps:

  1. Visit packet pickup on either Thursday or Friday at Fleet Feet or Saturday at Station Square.
  2. Pickup the original runner's race number (and shirt) at packet pickup table.
  3. Bring everything (along with the completed transfer form) to the Registration/Runner Services area to complete the transfer process.
  4. Fill out a new registration form with the current participant's info, and pay the $10 transfer fee (and registraion fee, if applicable), which will then change the race number into their name.
  5. Please note, the new participant will receive the original participant's pre-selected shirt size, but can attempt to exchange it post-race at the Shirt Swap Tent.
