When is Packet Pickup?
Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 and Friday, Nov. 2, 2018 from 11 AM - 7 PM at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh and Saturday, Nov. 3 from 10 AM - 4 PM at P3R Headquarters, 810 River Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes, if someone else is picking up your packet, they will be required to show a copy of their own photo ID and fill out a short form. One person is able to pick up three (3) packets in addition to their own.

I am unable to attend or can no longer participate, can I receive a refund or defer my registration?
We do not offer refunds or deferments. But you can transfer your registration to another runner.
How do I transfer my registration to another runner?
You can transfer your registration to another runner in RunSignUp until online registration closes on Sunday, October 28 at 11:59 PM. The original runner will log in to RunSignUp, navigate to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer to Another Runner. On the Transfer to Another Runner page, you will be shown your Transfer Information. Please confirm the information is correct and accurate. After reviewing the information, you can enter the Recipient Information. The recipient will receive an email notification with a unique link which they can use to claim this transfer.
There is a $10 fee to complete a transfer. You can transfer as a gift (the new runner pays the $10 fee and nothing else, and you receive no refund) or transfer for a partial refund (the new runner pays the current full price, and you get a refund of your original registration fee minus the $10 fee).
All transfers that need to be made after October 28 can be completed in person at packet pick up.
I signed up for the 10 Miler but I’d like to switch to the 2-Person Relay. How can I do that?
You can switch to the 2-person relay in RunSignUp until online registration closes on Sunday, October 28 at 11:59 PM. Log in to RunSignUp, select Manage Registration (Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration), select Transfer Event, select Start Transfer and select the Relay. What you paid for your current registration will be applied to the current relay fee. Please note, there is a $10 fee to switch your event.
All switches that need to be made after October 28 can be completed in person at packet pick up. Runners must collect their old race number and race shirt, then visit the Registration/Runner Services table to complete the switch to a different event. There is a $10 fee to complete the event switch, plus any difference in cost for the registration.
Will there be gear check available?
Yes, there will be a tent to check gear available near the start line. Checked gear will be available for pickup near the finish line after the race.
Is there a shuttle after the race?
There will be a shuttle running between the Finish Line and the Start Line from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on race morning. Runners who miss the last shuttle can take the T to Station Square (there is a fare), or can walk approximately 15 minutes, crossing the Smithfield Street Bridge.
What hotel is closest to the Start Line?
The Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square is just steps from the Start Line.
